Q. Do you provide Gift Wrapping?

Yes, we do provide free luxurious Gift Wrapping service, solving both of your problems of a magnificent gift and a perfect gift cover.

Q. How do you clean silver-plated items?

To clean silver plated items use a silver polishing cloth. Do not use anything abrasive or it will take the plating of your items. For more information please read our silver care section.

Q. What is meant by My Account?

My Account is actually your profile on our website where you can view your account & billing history, update your contact info, change your password, and manage your user name with personal data. Even you can track your order through my account. To have the access of this facility, sign in with your Username & Password.

Q. How to Cancel an Order?

We assure you that delivery is safe, but still if you receive a damaged product you can replace or return it. There are certain rules to it though:
